Jacob and Ramona went above and beyond to make my Dad’s hearing aid experience a wonderful experience. Jacob did a very thorough job introducing the product and all features to Dad. They also arranged a 100% insurance match. Excellent warranty and all Follow up visits included. Great job!

Was suggested to come to miracle ear by a good family friend that said the HCP Julie was great and set them up with a nice pair of hearing aids. Boy was that an under statement. Ramona at the front desk was great. Julie was amazing, very kind and helped me understand my hearing issues. I highly recommend anyone looking to seek help with there hearing issues to go to miracle ear in Placerville.
Had an amazing experience here! Took my grandfather here due to his massive loss of hearing . We were greeted by amazing front office staff and were takin back rite away. Julie the amazing woman who took a look at my grandfathers hearing is amazing. Made not only my grandfather feel comfortable but also my self.
