I took my grump old dad to get a hearing test at the Stockbridge location. Needless to say, he wasn’t happy! We were me at the front door by a nice lady named Terry. She was so nice and helpful with me and dad. She even had him smiling before we left. Joel was great with him as well. He was very though with all the information and made sure he understood everything. I recommend this location to everyone with grumpy dads! Carol

What an amazing staff! My mother-on-law has Miracle Ear hearing aids, and we absolutely love Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Stockbridge. Dr. Pinnell is really nice but most of all knowledgeable. His staff is also very kind. We always feel welcomed when we come in for an appointment. Thank you for providing such great service!
Showed up on Monday 10/20/2025 at Stockbridge with my left side hearing aid not working. Terry and Bonnie were the only ones there. They jumped right on my problem and started trying to repair it. They figured out that the wire must be the answer and replaced it even though they had never replaced the wire on my particular model. Plugged in the new wire and done! My hearing was working like new. No charge either! Thank you ladies! Excellent customer service.
