In Jan. 2022 I had an appointment I knew I needed a hearing aid. I wanted to try the 30 day free trial and was told I had to wait for a phone call from them to see if I qualifyed. I'm still waiting on that call. I went to Hammers and got what I.needed. mirical ear is the worst customer service.it is now end of July.
The people at this office were very friendly and knowledgeble concerning my mother. However, something needs to be done concerning turn-around time on repairing or re-programming the aids. Two weeks waiting time for someone who cannot hear is ridiculous!!! The aids should be over night shipped at the least! Not very considerate of the person who is relying on them.
