I just spoke with nicest person; I believe her name is Sharon. She answered all my questions, and I will defiantly be bringing my mother here. You never know what you are going to get on the either side of the phone conversation, but Sharon is a true gem.
Place seemed okay ... Everyone quiet helpful, UNTIL I returned hearing aids. Over $5,000 and still no refund. Home office claims to know nothing. But, I really think it's in the local Lufkin office, following corporate guidelines. But I really need the money... Don't trust them everything in writing AND SIGNED ! Follow Up: Contacted 26 Nov, ago by Area Manager...Still No Action.
