I accompanied my dad to the Colonial Heights location. Oh my goodness! Tammy and Lisa welcomed us as they would friends and family. They were friendly, efficient, understanding, and accommodating. Lisa explained every step with clarity. We could not have imagined a better experience. We highly recommend Miracle Ear. We entered as strangers, but left as family and friends.
Lisa and Tammy have always been very nice and patient when I've had problems finding the right tips for my hearing aids. I would recommend her to anyone who has a hearing problem.
