Lisa Kyprianou was excellent
This was my 7 th hearing test since retiring from the Navy in 1996. Having been tested by the VA and the difference is amazing . Much more thorough and informative than the one done by the VA. I will be upgrading soon and this is where Im going to get my hearing Aids. Such a wonderful staff to deal with . Lisa was so informative about the importance of this test and what she was going to do for me . Could only give 5 stars since there was not a 10 star choice.
Very nice visit! From greeting of receptionist to Dr. Very professional and made me feel comfortable, she gave explanation of everything that was being done, i truly enjoyed talking with her. Keep up the good work
Very friendly, nice atmosphere in very acknowledge !!Miss Lisa was very Helpful in telling me how important it is to have a good hearing aid. My husband and I enjoyed listening to her information. She takes her time with you to make sure you understand and will answer any questions that you might have concerning your new hearing aids. I really appreciate her attention and acknowledge about hearing properly. I will definitely recommend Miracle-Ear hearing aids to my friends and family. Thanks Lisa !!
