Great service. Any time I have a problem, I call, and an appointment is made ASAP, or sometimes just as a 'walk-in'.

My mom went in for a test and Nathan explained her hearing loss in great detail. We learned a lot! He then discussed several options with us about hearing aids. We never felt pressured at all about purchasing. He let her take a set home for a week to try them out and she started to cry because of how life changing they were. We ended up purchasing them and things could not be better. We all got our quality of life back. Maggie who works at the front desk is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She makes us feel at home.
My Dad comes to the Danville Miracle Ear. The staff is so welcoming . The service is excellent. Nathan and Maggie are great.
