This place is a joke. Had a hearing test in June 2024. Had good insurance for 18 years. Could not get them to file insurance. I called several times and Lyndsey said she was filing insurance, and they would cover in full. She never filed insurance. She said the insurance information and filing was all on her. It NEVER happened. Very DISAPPOINTED!!!
Lindsay and her staff have always been great. I have worn aids for over10 years and this has been the best service and product I could hope for. Aids work very well in oil field because they tie to phone in noisy conditions. Glad they are in Carlsbad
The receptionist Amanda is a very nice young lady. Amanda always has a bright smile when I come in. She’s also very friendly, such a ray of sunshine. I always leave smiling when she is there.
