You may consider this a minor point but I developed a crack in the tubing of my right hearing aid which prevented hearing out of that side. I've had that done many times as the tubing ages. She did a good job of replacing the cracked tubing but she charged me $10.00 for 5 minutes of work. It was complimentary in every place I have ever had it done before. Just seemed chintzy.
I love my miracle ear hearing aids. Katie and Karen are wonderful.
