Andrew gave us a very thorough exam, was very patient and answered every question with details that we could understand, and is clearly very knowledgeable. We appreciate the treatment that we were given by him and the rest of the staff, and will recommend this office to anyone who needs hearing assistance. Thank you to the Bear office - job well done!!

Really great customer service and the doctor was very pleasant.
Everyone was super sweet. (Hence the 3 stars) They performed an extensive hear test, gave me the diagnosis and advised to contact an ENT immediately. He also stated that if I need a copy of my hearing test to just call. I did make an appointment but it was a waste because they needed the results of the hearing test. I go to the facility and they advised that they need an approval 😏 (which is thought was different) but ok and they would give me a call back. I did give a grace period of 5 days. James and Andrew have been absolutely wonderful in taking care of my mom. They try to answer her questions, try really hard to solve her problems, respect her, and never act like she has a diminished capacity to learn.
