I am here from Houston for my friends wedding and experienced very poor reception from my hearing aids. I was able to make an appointment immediately and within 5 mins Lauren had my aids working perfectly. Stephanie at the call center was extremely helpful expediting my service and gave me a direct number to call if I needed further services! I'm extremely HAPPY!!!
The Audiologist was wonderful and was very helpful with understanding how to use my hearing aids.
My mother is 87 and we have been begging her to get hearing aids. When she received the advertisement in the mail and said that she wanted to try it I was happy to take her. Everyone in the office was kind and professional. The woman who did her testing (sorry I forgot your name) was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything from how your ear works to what the test results mean. I’m not sure if Mom is going to get them yet but this was a great first step and a very pleasant experience! Thanks Miracle Ear!
The office manager Lauren Alexander is very professional. From the get go her reception has been great exceptional. In the examination room Ms. Sheree was phenomenal she treats her patients with respect & care. It is not a big place but the service has been excellent. Go check it out!!
