I’d like to commend Michael Abunda, Hearing Instrument Specialist, for his outstanding service at the San Bruno office of Miracle Ear. He is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and the Miracle Ear solution to it! I wear 2 hearing aids to accommodate my severe hearing loss so I literally would live my life in a vacuum without the assistance of hearing aids! I have been going to Miracle Ear for a year. I was able to get my hearing back with the assistance of the hearing aid. Michael Abunda, was very patient and helpful every time I went in for check ups and assistance. I highly recommend this product and this location..
I’ve been to several doctors with my ear problems, but none of them told me that I had ruptures in my ear drum. Michael was able to show me and explained that my hearing problems need to be addressed by a doctor first. I am grateful for the patience and professionalism he showed me today.
