While we were visiting my very elderly aunt, one of her hearing aids had to be sent for repair. We hoped she could get it back before we left so we could get it properly paired to her new phone. Teri couldn’t fit us in when it got back, but she coordinated with two other Miracle Ear branches to get the hearing aid to a different branch. My aunt can hear again (and we can call her again!) and Teri is awesome!
I love my hearing aids! I hear so great with them and the service is the best! Anything I need is taken care of including tests, adjustments and cleanings. Highly recommend.
Teri outfitted me with latest ME aids with AI and paired it with my Iphone
I found that Teri was very professional and very friendly and explained everything and made sure I understood everything before leaving with my new aids. If I didn’t understand we practiced together. My new aids are life changing and I would highly recommend Miracle Ear.
