We brought my mom to Miracle-Ear for a hearing test and aid fitting. Unfortunately, there were issues with the technology itself over the period of the 30-day money-back guarantee, so she didn't leave with one. However, the providers themselves are outstanding, specifically James Barnes. He is knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and very patient. If you are looking for an amazing hearing specialist to have long-term, I highly recommend this location just for him.
James and the entire staff is the best. My mom can hear again! Great service, price, and follow up. Highly recommended. My mom was reluctant to get hearing aids and they made the process easy and professional. Thank you all.
