Mr.Paul Lee is very responsive to my specific concerns.He explained the answers patiently to my questions thus relieving my anxious thoughts.He is greatly an asset . I will definitely go back to his Glendale Office.
I was sold a broken set for $8000.00. A month later I still don’t have anything. They don’t take credit cards they have a 10% restocking fee if you decide to return them in the 45 day window. Their ad try them out for free is not offered when you get there.
Miracle Ear has been great to me. Any time I have trouble or concern, Paul Lee, has been there to take me in to the next appointment and resolve any concerns. I couldn’t be any happier. Service is excellent.
I love the service with Miracle Ear. I have many questions and Paul will take his time to answer single questions. The support is great. I never feel embarrassed or shameful for asking same questions over and over. It took a long time to understand Bluetooth calling. I am 90 years old. Somehow, I am able to control my hearing aids through my phone and use Bluetooth calling. It's wonderful.
