I love the service with Miracle Ear. I have many questions and Paul will take his time to answer single questions. The support is great. I never feel embarrassed or shameful for asking same questions over and over. It took a long time to understand Bluetooth calling. I am 90 years old. Somehow, I am able to control my hearing aids through my phone and use Bluetooth calling. It's wonderful.
Very courteous, professional and thorough. Explained the process before testing step by step. Would recommend anyone to get their ears checked annually here.
Had a 12:15 appointment. Got a phone call yesterday to confirm and to tell me it was important that I arrive early. Got here at noon. It’s 12:32 & I’m still waiting.

The best. From a small issue to buying for the first time you get expert care. They take their time. They are all very personable. Parking is available also. Update just got my yearly test and adjustment. It is amazing the skill level of the staff. They will spend as much time as you need they aways do such a great job. The most important thing is their main purpose to keep what hearing you still have and improve your hearing with new technology.
