We recently had a visit at the Newport office and are very happy with the caring service. Jim did some fine-tuning on the hearing aids and now they are working much better.

Since Bill & Dale left the service has been poor and the treatment of customers is unreasonable. After a horrible experience at the Newport location and 6 months attempt to get help. I posted a negative review about the delays in getting service for the faulty hearing aids twice my wife got hearing aids from the factory that didnt work.
