I found Shelly (FOA) at the Newport 0ffice to be very friendly, extermely helpful and yet remained professional at all times during my appointment. Shelly is a wonderful addition to this office!
On our road trip to the Oregon coast, my husband's hearing aids gave out! He had forgotten his little kit to clean and check them and so we went to Miracle Ear in Newport to see if they could tell us what was wrong, or help us in any way. Shelley was so welcoming as we entered the store and Jimmy immediately jumped in to investigate. He cleaned the aids and when we got back to the hotel, we plugged them in and, Hey Presto, after a little charge, they worked like new.
