Why do you continue to send your mailings to my father who died in 2010 and never lived in Washington? I even paid DMA Choice to remove him from these junk mailing lists to my house, and you continue to mail mail mail.

Office gal has been wonderful. Had problems with hearing aids from the start, head office refuses to return calls, had custom ones made waited for almost two months finally they arrived, did not fit, too large. nothing but problems with this company. They had no problem taking my money in full. Would not recommend them to anyone. Like I mentioned before ,office gal in Port hadlock is wonderful, not her fault that the company will not stand by their product/customer
