The moment you walk in you feel a sensation of warmth coming from the receptionist, a big smile and hello let's you know your appointment is off to a good start. When l go to see Patrick the warmth continues as he gets to the business of seeing to my hearing needs and making corrections as needed, I couldn't ask for better service, it's always a pleasant experience.
