EDIT April 4, 2026. Miracle Ear LISTENS to their patients. The office called to tell me that they have a New Technician due to several patients having issue with the previous technician. The new technician Valerie is GREAT! I was having an issue with the clarity of speech, had an appointment and Valerie HEARD me, cleaned my hearing aids, put new tips on and tweaked the settings. Great and friendly service.
I miss Morgan! Had my first appointment with her replacement today. Changing my care to Morehead. I am interested to know how other patients feel with their after care now that Morgan is gone.
Folks were very professional and accommodating. I was very satisfied.
