I was very impressed with the friendly service I received. The testing done by David was excellent and allowed me see how much hearing loss was in each ear. The hearing aides are a blessing. They are programmed to meet the needs of each ear so that I don't have to adjust the background noise at all on my phone. Both Ciarra and David are awesome. They treat me as family and show how much they really care. Their expertise is outstanding. Their service is something we don't find very often anymore.
This office has the best people of any Miracle Ear location. Sierra manages the office, attention to detail on appointments is the best, always makes sure she fixes any concern. New hearing aid specialist, David, has been determined to learn how newest hearing aid model works and hasn’t given up on fixing issues that have come up. He’s friendly and very patient listening to my concerns. I’m very happy and recommend this office 100%!
