I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience!! My mom didn't have an appointment but had needed some adjustments to her hearing aids for nearly a year. We stopped by Medina's location just to see if someone could help. Tonya greeted us at the front desk and made us feel welcome. Cristina took the time to help my mom and changed her quality of life in just 15 minutes. She was kind, patient, showed attention to detail, and just wonderful!
