I had a great experience with Shana when I had my hearing tested. Shana explained so many things before my test about the hearing problems people have and what causes them. She also showed me by charts what the normal levels of hearing should be. I then had the test and she told me of my results and how my hearing test went----I did need hearing aids. Had a 10 am appointment employee didn't show up till 13 minutes after 10.
Hearing aid professional is just that. People person, knows the business and the product. I thought the price was very high at first but learned it was almost a lifetime contract of regular professional care. The care is always very caring to me and my family values. Just a great experience.
