I recently was in my miracle office getting my quarterly check up and downloaded the new app that it’s available. Later on I went to listen to some music and the my hearing aids weren’t paired with my iPhone. I went back later that afternoon to try and solve the problem with the people there at miracle ear Watchung, New Jersey office spent considerable time trying to figure out what the issue was with my pairing my iPhone. I can't say enough good things about Dorothy and Amy at this location! Not only are they extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable, but they are also able to fix and adjust just about anything. I thought my hearing aid charger was inoperable, but Dorothy spotted a tiny piece of magnet stuck in the charging port and was able to remove it and re-set it.
