This company will just not stop sending me junk mail. Even if I needed a hearing aid, I would never go to them.
Melissa is the perfect employee. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment I walked in. She is warm, attentive; just everything you want in a person. I hope Miracle-Ear remembers this review when Melissa is up for a raise, which should include a nice bonus along with gift cards! You wouldn’t want a competitor to snatch her away!
Great place and very knowledgeable. They are very friendly and I always take me in emergencies when I need to to go in. I definitely recommend this place. Never had a problem with them.
Can't say enough good things about the positive and professional personnel at Watchung's Miracle-Ear!! My husband purchased customized hearing aids (shaped to fit perfectly into his ear canals) and is more than happy with them. I particularly want to mention Amy Russo, the audiologist, and Melissa, the receptionist, for their pleasant, accommodating manner. Many thanks!!!
