We were told to arrive by 11:30 for our 12 pm appointment. We are here and no one is in the office nor is it even open. How about you guys say what you mean and follow through?! Its frustrating to deal with appointments now I have to stay around for 30 extra minutes. Thanks great service! No words can describe how disappointed I am. I took a day off work, coordinated my mother's care, drove to the clinic, and only upon arrival learned that the office was closed. Your office had called and confirmed this appointment, yet no one informed me of the cancellation before I arrived.Is this considered professional patient care? Patients invest time, effort, and in many cases lost wages to keep appointments. This situation reflects a complete lack of respect for patients' time and responsibilities.
This company will just not stop sending me junk mail. Even if I needed a hearing aid, I would never go to them.
Melissa is the perfect employee. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment I walked in. She is warm, attentive; just everything you want in a person. I hope Miracle-Ear remembers this review when Melissa is up for a raise, which should include a nice bonus along with gift cards! You wouldn’t want a competitor to snatch her away!
