They just waste people's time. If they don't accept any insurance, why don't they say so in advance before a customer goes to see them? The staff is not friendly at all. I would not recommend them at all
Excellence, Mr Shane Hellhake gave me tremendous information about hearing and hearing aid which no one has given me. I truly thank you from my heart and glad that I went to Miracle ear and meet Mr Shane.i am tremendously satisfied with his advise, he is an exceptional professional with great knowledge. Very dissatisfied with the service at the Iselin office left my hearing aids there and since I didn't order the new ones, they were very difficult to deal with. My old ones were in repair. There was nothing wrong with them have not gotten them back tried to reach the owner Shelly Swartz the phone number that was given to me was wrong no could help me just got Run around and no one responded.
