Service is great very friendly and on time
I have been a customer for almost ten years. i never had an issue until I was financially unable to purchase a new pair of hearing aids. They said they would fix my old ones so I can hear. It has been over a month and I still have not received my hearing aid back. They are avoiding my phone calls. When i did get though they told me it was still being repaired. Very nice experience from the time I walked in the door and met Kim, who helped me through checking insurance benefits to my testing by Shane. No pushy overbearing consultant, pleasantly surprised! Love my aids, so happy I listened to my friends who have spent big money on other aids and been dissatisfied
