I interviewed three different hearing aid and audiologist. I chose to go with Miracle-Ear because I felt confident in their ability to meet my needs. In an Emergency they they always make on opening for me, I have been given loaners so that mine can be repaired and they have been very patient, supportive and knowledgeable. At other centers there is always a long wait, need to make appointments (for emergencies) or are costly for the appointments Miracle-Ear also gives a fair trade up towards a new pair. Lost my records from the previous doctors office that was there totalled screwed me over on the 3m litigation.
HORRIBLE customer service!! The guy working there was extremely rude and nasty. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Wish I could give them lower than a one star. Go anywhere else but here!!!!!!
Great service, very knowledgeable about hearing and how the hearing aide can be customized to each ear. All follow up visits are covered.
