I took advantage of a free hearing test and consult and had a very positive experience at Miracle Ear. The consultant was very patient, pleasant, and helpful. He took the time to explain my hearing results and even let me know I can afford to wait to seek help with hearing. Didn't push services or product. Explained options going forward when it becomes unquestionably necessary to get a hearing aid. I'd go back.
Martin and the technician before him at the previous location were kind and warm and helpful. My only complaint is that there is no way to email the technician. This is especially important because I struggle with memory issues, and often rely on written records.

Upgraded my hearing aids this week I love them! The new technology is amazing! Martin was wonderful. Took plenty of time explaining the instruments and answered all my questions! No pressure, just information! I’ve been a client of Miracle Ear for years and he is the best! Thanks!
