I recently had my hearing checked at the Kingston location. Nicholas took the time to explain so many aspects of hearing, tests, and results. I really appreciate the knowledge he possessed about hearing and the whole process and the fact that he took the time to impart it to me. Turns out that my hearing was alright, at the moment, and nothing was “pushed” on me. Thanks for a great experience. Will definitely return in the future if needed.
No one ever answer phones 9 messages left ,poor coustomer service, they need a receptionist. I had to walk in to see if hearing aids came in.
I took advantage of a free hearing test and consult and had a very positive experience at Miracle Ear. The consultant was very patient, pleasant, and helpful. He took the time to explain my hearing results and even let me know I can afford to wait to seek help with hearing. Didn't push services or product. Explained options going forward when it becomes unquestionably necessary to get a hearing aid. I'd go back.
Martin and the technician before him at the previous location were kind and warm and helpful. My only complaint is that there is no way to email the technician. This is especially important because I struggle with memory issues, and often rely on written records.
