We came from the Tri-Cities to this office out after having more terrible experiences in the Richland office than was necessary. Terrible, terrible customer service there. Let me tell you.....this office is AMAZING!!!!! To Justin, the hearing aid specialist and Suzanne, the front office worker, THANK YOU SO MUCH! They single handedly changed our mind about leaving miracle ear. Justing took an extra hour in order to fit my husband perfectly. He took his time and explained everything to us. Friendly helpful experience
Sam is one of the best educators I’ve encountered in any medical or para medical setting. He knows Miracle Ear products thoroughly and provides excellent hands-on technical assistance. I appreciate his patient, good-natured and always professional help! He consistently goes above and beyond my expectations. Kudos to Suzanne also for her generous helpfulness in person and on the phone.
Very exceptional people at the local Walla Walla Miracle Ear. My mother gets the right hearing aids that help her hear the best. Suzie & Sam are always there to assist my mother and I. Great place to get hearing aids and feel like a Family.
