Suzanne and Sam both took time to listen to me about my mom's hearing aids. Turns out they had condensation on the batteries and aids and they advised me to keep them out of the bathroom. Super great listening skills, and service. And this was the third time I've been there both with and without my mom. Throughout all of the visits, they never charged me for their time and problem solving skills. I highly recommend them for your hearing aid needs.
My second visit to Miracle Ear in Walla Walla and once again Sam exceeded my expectations!! He meticulously cleaned my hearing aids and then examined my ears for possible ear wax and then extracted a lot of old wax and I could hear better again!! I left with great sounding hearing aids and healthy ears!! Highly recommend Sam and his friendly and outstanding service!!!
Sam only gets 5 stars because that's as high as you can go. Had no idea what to expect at my dad's first hearing check, turns out we make a lot of ear wax in our family, and Sam taught us a lot about hearing and how to do it better, if you need a hearing aid he's the guy. Great service.
My miracle ear hearing aid stopped working in my right ear, so being new to Walla Walla I made an appointment and Sam took both my hearing aids apart, cleaned them meticulously and adjusted them for me!! Highly recommend his professional and friendly service!! I left hearing perfectly!!
I was extremely resistant to buying a hearing aide. I must have spent two grand on cheap solutions. I was defiant when I first went to see Sam. I clearly let him know I was not interested in over-priced, easily lost, etc. etc. He solved my problem with infinite patience and skill. I wear my hearing aides sixteen hours a day. If i have a question or issue, Sam is there. My quality of life has improved greatly. Thank you, Sam, for all you do.
