Amanda was very real and down to earth. When I tested the hearing aids, it was inspiring. I could hear like I haven't, in years. She explained how having them could help my hearing from becoming worse. Great product and people. Sally out front was gracious as well.
I am very satisfied with the knowledge & expertise of Amanda at the Auburn, Maine location. She is very thorough with her explanation of how the ear functions & hears. She conducted a hearing test & explained in detail what the results meant to my hearing loss. If this would of been a school test, I would surelt of failed. Lol. She then proceeded to fit me with a sample pair of what I would be experiencing with new hearing aids. I was totally blown away by the volume, tone, & especially the clarity.
