Josh is professional, anticipates needs well and clearly explains everything. I was unaware of the link between hearing loss & an increased risk for dementia and Alzheimer's disease. This was important to me. I've been impressed by the thoroughness of the evaluation, physical assessment of my ears and testing. The follow-up appointments have made the transition easier. Office staff are always friendly and helpful.
