Additional Update: For some reason, one of my wife's hearing aids stopped taking a full charge, and would power down after just a couple of hours. We took it to the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center and Aaron sent it out for repair/replacement. We assumed that there would be a charge, since we had just past the 3 year warranty period. Upon receiving the replacement hearing aid, Aaron informed us that there was no charge, then proceeded to adjust the replacement hearing aid for peak performance. My mother went to this location and she is very pleased with the service Aaron showed her. She was struggling with her hearing aids for almost a year at another location. Aaron and Rebecca fixed her right up. Thank you so very much for all y'all have done for her. My mother is also blind so her hearing is everything to her and me
Everyone was friendly. professional,and very helpful. They were willing to go beyond what was expected to help. My hearing aids are the best since I have first gotten them.
