I would give zero stars for lying to a 92 year old man with dementia if I could. My dad bought your $7000 hearing aides with the understanding that they came with a lifetime warranty. I just took them back to the store in Rome,GA where they were purchased and was told it would be $700 to send then to the lab to be analyzed. What?????? That is elderly abuse to deceive a disabled 92 year old man with dementia. I will be sure to post on all of my social media to NEVER buy hearing aides at this store!!!
MY HUSBAND WAS A CLIENT...PD $5K+ FOR AIDE...HAD VERY POOR BATTER LIFE...NO CANCELING NOISE FEATURES AND HE SAID THEY WERE NOT COMFORTABLE...THEY WERE NOT WORTH THE MONE...PURCHASED A NEBRO PLUS AIDE ONLINE FOR $300+ AND IT HAS FEATURES THAT ARE REALLY SERVING HIM WELL...HE IS HEARING BETTER AS WELL....FOR THE MOBEY, IT OUT PERFORMS THE MIRACLE EAR HANDS DOWN!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. Stacy was so kind and patient with me. I really appreciate her taking her time to help me. For the first time I felt understood about my hearing worries. I would recommend anyone who has hearing concerns to come see Stacy at Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center in Rome!
