Maggie exemplifies what it means to be customer oriented! Despite not purchasing hearing aids from her store she went out of her way to assist my 100 year old mother who was having difficulty with her hearing aids during the Thanksgiving holiday. She was so patient and work with my mom until she solved the problem. She was so delightful to work with and my mother said she wish she had purchased her hearing aids from her originally. Thank you!
Richard and Maggie are Great!!! The hearing aids are junk!!! Seems like every 3 months 1 quits working. They’re in the “shop” more than my ears. Was hoping for more from Miracle-Ear.

The hearing aids work. Probably worth $2k. I bought wifi enabled "smart" devices and paid $8k. Not only does the app NOT affect the behavior of the aids, the app will not stay connected, won't admit the disconnection, won't reconnect. Can not depend on how the aids will respond
