All the Miracle-Ear folks with which I've had contact have been good, but Bruce has gone above and beyond in customer service excellence. Being out of town and only in N.S.B. for a week, when my right hearing aid failed, I was dreading what the repair would cost, and wondering whether the person would be able to fix it. Not a worry - Bruce performed all diagnostics, disassembly, replacement of speaker, and reassembly right in front of me, where I learned so much about what I had considered a dark mystery prior to this visit.... read more

Excellent, friendly, patient focused care. Time is always taken to fully answer any questions. A firmware update at my most recent appointment fixed a minor issue. Bruce is highly recommended.

The best place to go! This office is hands down the best hearing facility I have ever been a patient of. I have been very hard of hearing for most of my life, I am no stranger to the hearing exams and up keep of hearing aids. This office is by far the best! And truly care about patients.
