Arlene and I highly recommend this Miracle Ear Office. Bruce is caring, patient, very knowledgeable and understanding in helping you and addressing your needs. Both Bruce and office manager Candice are caring and friendly! They make you feel comfortable from the moment you enter the office.
At a time when excellent customer service seems to be extinct it was truly a pleasure to encounter two representatives of Miracle-Ear who have mastered the art. Bruce Compagna, always pleasant, patient and knowledgeable has been so helpful in his sincere effort to help my husband. Both Bruce and office manager, Candice, are to be congratulated for their warmth and caring.
Bruce Campagna is absolutely the best. WE are snow birds from MI my husbands hearing aide had issues upon our arrival in FL. We have a My essentials repair contract with Miracle ear in MI. Bruce made arrangements to have the hearing aide shipped and repaired and he offered him a loaner that he programed for him. Upon its return from repair he reprogramed his hearing aides and also set up the app on his android phone.
