All areas of the test were explained in detail there was no question as to what would happen. And when the testing was complete she explained the results and options for hearing aids . Also Holly the tester , she was very nice and was able to put me at ease. My testing was done at the Horseheads , NY store.
Holly Seeley, Hearing Instrument Specialist, fixed my husbands hearing aids. She was pleasant and I would recommend her to any person in need of earing aids.
Very professional staff. Hearing aids are outstanding, able to hear things have not heard in years and so nice to have conversation without say what did you say.
Just wanted to thank “Holly” the hearing specialist at Miracle Ear in Horseheads NY for a professional hearing test with thorough explainations for what causes hearing loss and why you should get tested.
