Just wanted to thank “Holly” the hearing specialist at Miracle Ear in Horseheads NY for a professional hearing test with thorough explainations for what causes hearing loss and why you should get tested. It was a very pleasant experience and I would encourage anyone with concerns to go get checked out !
The hours listed are not accurate - they have apparently been appointment only since Covid but have never bothered to update their website or the hours at the physical location. Upon calling to make an appointment, the secretary named Ruth was incredibly rude and refused to be helpful in any capacity. She was sarcastic, condescending, and would not let me talk to anyone else. Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe her and we will not be using this location in the future, thanks to our experience with her.
