Very friendly and helpful staff
Beth is a friendly, efficient receptionist. Charity is very helpful and informative when I visit. I’m happy with my hearing aids and the service I receive.
I transferred from another location to the Washington office due to the service received and found Mark Muszynski to be so very helpful and nice as well as his assistant, Bethany. I've now been going to the Washington location for several years. However, Mark recently left and moved onto something new. I visited the Washington office yesterday for a 3 month checkup and was sorely disappointed. I have a profound hearing loss and I met Mark Muszynski who spent a unusual amount of time with me to get me the best hearing ability possible! Mark is very caring and went way beyond to help me!
