Kathy is the best. Jim needs customer service training. He is unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. I pray that corporate will recommend anger management classes because he desperately needs them.

I was so impressed with M. A. James Curley at the Norridge location. He was very thorough and explained everything in such detail that I understood easily. It was the first time I've had my hearing checked, and I felt so good when I left. I learned so much at that appt. And I know now what the next steps I need to do to improve my issue. Kathy at the front desk was most helpful and sweet. Overall, it was a great experience.
