Excellent experience from checking in ( and I rebooked a few times) to the exam. James Curley is very knowledgable about audiology and explained things in a very concise manner. Staff is so kind and polite. Would recommend to all and will be back every year!
Dr. Curley was very thorough with my husband at his one year check up. He tested my husband’s hearing and was able to help him significantly. He made multiple adjustments and wow the difference is amazing! He also provided us with multiple articles on cognitive issues that can arise when hearing loss occurs. He emphasized how important it is to be mindful about hearing clearly and wearing your hearing-aids all day, when possible. My husband has a follow up with him in two weeks. Technician very knowledgeable and explained all relevant knowledge about the ear's function and the values of the hearing aid. It survived a quick trip through the shower, was dried and functionsstill. Is clean, too. Both are good. Susan Bowers
Kathy is the best. Jim needs customer service training. He is unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. I pray that corporate will recommend anger management classes because he desperately needs them.
