I was so impressed with M. A. James Curley at the Norridge location. He was very thorough and explained everything in such detail that I understood easily. It was the first time I've had my hearing checked, and I felt so good when I left. I learned so much at that appt. And I know now what the next steps I need to do to improve my issue. Kathy at the front desk was most helpful and sweet. Overall, it was a great experience.
I recently brought my mother here; although she has hearing aids, she had not been using them and had not been in to have them checked for 5 years. She noticed a loss in hearing and made an appointment. She had to cancel her first appointment due to other health issues, but they called to follow up and reschedule right away. When she was feeling well enough to go out, they got her in right away.
