The technician was very patient and explained everything. I just picked up my new hearing aids. She went over everything so I could understand how to put them in charge batteries answered all my questions. Will go back in a week to adjust them if needed or what ever I need help with.
This is the best place ever
I called the phone number on 2 occasions to ask questions about their product and services. Their customers representatives were pushy and unfriendly. When I declined to setup an appointment, one of the customer representative hung up the phone on me.
