First of all, my experience with the Miracle Ear hearing aids has been top shelf all the way unlike another brand I once had. John Frantz and his staff at the Hastings. MI office are very friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism is second to none. I am more than satisfied. I will recommend them whenever I can.
John did an excellent job. He did all kinds of tests and explained everything to me. I would highly recomend John and Miracle-Ear.
