Before you read The entire post to sum it up. It was an excellent experience, and we learned a lot at that they were able to help. I came with my friend of mine to miracle ear to get her hearing tested and see about hearing aids. Both the staff at the front desk and the doctors were very informative and friendly. I went to my appt only to find out I didn't have one. It was for my 3 month cleaning. Marco honored the appointment anyway while waiting for his next appointment. Both he and the front office were so professional and friendly. Marco also updated the operating system on my hearing aids. I highly recommend Miracle Ear for the quality of their hearing aids and their staff as well as their maintenance of the hearing aids.

I went to have my hearing aids cleaned and replace the dome on one. The service I received from Marco was exemplary! He answered questions I hadn't been able to ask before. He showed me how the domes and filters were replaced. He adjusted the hearing aids so I could hear better. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Marco. He'll be retesting my hearing in January. I loved the way he treated me. I'm sure he treats all his customers this well. My visits with Dr. Marco have been nothing less than perfect. He has full knowledge of any issues related to hearing loss. He takes all the time necessary with u and is always receptive to questions with experiential responses. He makes this medical specialty one to be proud of.
