Thank you so very much Eric is very kind and professional thank you for my awesome hearing aids and all your help. I highly recommend miracle ear if you need any help with hearing aids or have any problems hearing they are the best team.
I booked an appointment for 9:00 July 28th it was confirmed by email. I got there sat in the waiting room. I received a call telling me there is noone there and to reschedule Fri! Why would you confirm appointment. If you aren't going to be there! It also cost me $20 round trip with Uber! I would not recommend this place to anyone
I was there with a friend of mine and she was going to purchase hearing aids. Unfortunately her son s didn't think she could afford it and I agree. She called to cancel 2 Days later She gets a nasty phone call from Eric regarding her canceling and then she apologized and he hung up on her. I find him to be very unprofessional in this matter. I would not recommend him to work with but I do recommend miracle ear because I've had it for my grandmother but a different office
I'm very happy with my hearing aids and the service that Eric always provides me.
