Updating my previous review. I have had my hearing aid for a couple of years now. I recently needed some service. Danielle checked them out, and sent them out for repair. This morning I got a call that they were ready to pick up. They were replaced with a new set! Danielle took time to adjust my programming to give me better sound, and she made sure that they were properly paired to my iPhone, and the Miracle Ear app. Excellent service! This review is specifically for the technician by the name of Danielle Moss. On October 6, 2025: My mother’s left hearing aid went out and she was trying to determine why. She decided to make an appointment with Miracle Ear , so they can tell her what is going on. My mother had an appointment for 4:00 pm, and she left to her appointment at 3:10 pm.
