I am so disappointed that how to write my terrible experience I HAVE TO WRITE AN Essay of how was treated. Before they got my signature for $5719.00 They were nice. They told me that I had no wax in my ear & after two of the tube got stock in my ear,? I had to go to Dr get wax out since I could’ not hear they also were late on sending me the right size cover , because they could not afford to pay the stamps.I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO USE THAT PRODUCT AT ALL.. I have been impressed with the service I receive there from the staff. Danielle has the experience and knowledge to fix almost any hearing issue.
My mother was in need of hearing aids for along time. We tried several places and they just wanted moms money for not so great technology. So then we found Danelle . She helped my mom every step we found something great for her. She is loving her Hearing Aids and being able to communicate. If we have any questions she always has the answer. Thank you Danelle for taking such good care of my mom.
I have had my new hearing aids for about eight months now with no problems at all. I recently noticed that the left side was not sounding the same as it was before. I made an appointment and met with Danielle Moss. She amazed me with how fast she pinpointed the issue, and had it corrected within minutes! She even asked if she can look at the programming of the hearing aids, and as soon as she did, she saw some things that needed to be corrected. What a difference!
