This review is from Anne The office staff and the ear specialist (Angelia Marzka) were awesome. Angelia was very professional, yet kind and most knowledgeable. She gave me the best hearing tests I have ever had. She knew exactly what I needed to be able to hear again. The hearing tests were comprehensive and thorough. Friend and professional staff.
I learned of Miracle-Ear from a friend at church. I had told him that I was thinking about getting my hearing tested. He said he uses Miracle-Ear and is very pleased. So, I called Miracle-Ear of Anderson (SC) to make an appointment. I met Angelia Marzka who tested my hearing and gave me a thorough explanation of the results. What a difference my new hearing aids from Miracle Ear are over my 6 year old Costco ones. Angelia in Anderson did an excellent job making sure I got the the right ones and the follow up and service are exceptional.
