I went in just to have my hearing aids cleaned. They were super nice and happy to do it for me quickly. I was from out-of- town so appreciated their willingness to help me out.
I came in for tinnitus and found surprise hearing loss. I have so enjoyed the hearing aids. (One year now) The staff in Flagstaff and in the Mesa location have been exceptional in customer care. Thank you Michele and your office staff. Good communicators.
So grateful for Michele at Miracle Ear. She became a friend to our family. Very understanding to what my dad needed when it came to adjusting hearing aids. Very accommodating when it came to time schedule. Explains everything well and answers all of our questions when needed.
I had an excellent experience on my appointment. Which only took 1 day. 1 hr of testing and explaining. Not like 15 min at your doctor. No pressure on sales either They also took the time to repair my old hearing aids. I definitely recommend anyone seeking hearing issues to go here
