I needed a simple adjustment to my hearing aid...and it was performed perfectly!
I went in just to have my hearing aids cleaned. They were super nice and happy to do it for me quickly. I was from out-of- town so appreciated their willingness to help me out.
I came in for tinnitus and found surprise hearing loss. I have so enjoyed the hearing aids. (One year now) The staff in Flagstaff and in the Mesa location have been exceptional in customer care. Thank you Michele and your office staff. Good communicators.
So grateful for Michele at Miracle Ear. She became a friend to our family. Very understanding to what my dad needed when it came to adjusting hearing aids. Very accommodating when it came to time schedule. Explains everything well and answers all of our questions when needed.
