I went to see Brian at Burnsville Miracle Ear. Although I live in California because your national I was able to make an appointment with him and he was wonderful. He listened to my needs and was able to help Mimmie and his service was excellent.
Brian is outstanding! I brought my grandma in and I was so impressed. He took the time to do a thorough test and explained the results in a way we could understand. The location is super convenient to us and we look forward to her hearing better for the rest of time with Miracle Ear!
It was an Outstanding Customer Service Experience, due to the professional, respectful, and a pleasure to work with the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center staff!
