I brought my mother in for a hearing test. From the moment, we walked into the office the receptionist to the Doctor made my mother feel very comfortable and mire at ease. The hearing test itself was more in depth then I have seen before. I was surprise to find out that my mother was only hearing 30% of what was being said. Dr. Kim let my mother know she was not alone. Very easy process to get a hearing test done. Matthew was awesome and explaining everything and doing the testing.
Kim was fantastic. I received the most thorough hearing exam and the printout was excellent. She put me at ease made certain I was getting the best and most complete information for my decision. Very customer and customer service oriented and not sales driven at all.
