After having problems with my hearing aids, I called Miracle-Ear and received an appointment within two days. Even though my hearing aids are not Miracle-Ear, Theresa, the professional in the office offered to check my hearing aids, which she did. She removed wax from them and gave me a written report. The hearing aids work well now. I highly recommend this Miracle-Ear facility for their courteous and effective service.
