My father ordered Hearing Aids from this location at the end of March. He passed away in April (never even picking up his hearing aids) and my family notified Miracle Ear. We were told that they would credit my parents account "in a few days". We are almost in October and still no credit. We have tried to contact them many times and cannot get anyone to ever answer the phone. Out of desperation, we called the Lansing store and they have the same customer service as this location. I would have given them no stars if I could.
Have worked with Miracle Ear for several years. I have been very satisfied with their products and service. Would recommend them, highly.
