From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with a welcoming smile. I was on time and I was taken on time. Ronald Celio is friendly and highly professional at the same time. He listens and answers any questions I have. Which is very important for me since I’m still new to hearing aids. He reminds me to call if I have any issues before my next appointment.
They are extremely interested in making sure that their patients are fitted correctly and can hear and may bring you back for several times to make sure everything is perfect
Amazingly, I have stopped mumbling and my wife can hear me once again!! Hearing aids cures a lot of things instantly!! Tim is so fantastic. He explains everything very well and he is very compassionate. My wife really hesitated getting hearing aids because she had a "slight" hearing loss and didn't want to suffer the stigma often attached to one getting hearing aids.
