I stopped by to inquire about hearing aids for my dad. Michelle took the time to explain the process and cost. Got him in for a hearing test that same day, explanation of all options and hearing aids ordered. He was so excited and we are excited for him. Today - almost a week later, we went in for his fitting and fine tuning. I have had great experiences with Michelle at the Kingston location. She is patient and so willing to explain whatever I’m not clear on. I have just picked up my new hearing aids and she took time to go over everything. I’m very pleased
