This is a great office!!! Carolynn is fabulous and Steve is so friendly!! I definitely will recommend my hard of hearing family and friends to their office!!
Had appointment today no maintenance done on the hearing aids no cleaning no checking how hearing was doing very little done the guy before him cleaned and checking hearing ever so offen to see if things had changed you paid a lot for the hearing aid and it seems they do not want to help you live a nice life why
They were very professional and helpful. My husband loves the aids. He loves the fact that they are so available.
Carolyn at the front was very helpful and kind. She took the time to answer all my questions. The office was clean and it felt inviting.
Go to this place at your own risk. They pull you in with a "free" exam and then con you into making absurd payments on some hearing aids and LIE to you that your insurance won't cover them when they don't even check to see if your insurance will cover them. What a scammy place!
