Susan is great!
They have been wonderful. I am missing one eardrum and they were able to adjust an aid so that I can actually hear again. They explained the hearing process so that I understand why it is important to wear the correction so that I do not lose further hearing. They are kind and understanding of my problems and make adjustments as they are needed.
Susan and her trainee were so helpful. I have been having hearing loss for the last few weeks and they were able to help me find a solution. I was in and out in no time. I appreciate when there is a trainee in situations like this, because I know they are being trained the right way!! I will be back for my next check up!’
Unfortunately we were stuck with a trainee who read all the questions from his lap top. Supervisor did eventually intercede but by then, 45 minutes later, patience ran out and we walked out. Buttom line hope you have a lot of time and patience!
