I knew I was having difficulty hearing for quite a while, but I kept not quite knowing what to do about it, and sort of putting off acknowledging the need to do something. Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff
My mom has struggled with her hearing for decades. I am beyond grateful for the experience she had with Matt this week. He was extremely kind, and knowledgeable. She learned so much and he was passionate about sharing his understanding of the hearing process. She was hesitant to begin this process and put it off for a long time. We will definitely highly recommend Matt and miracle ear to our friends and family.
Matt was a polished professional with exceptional knowledge of the hearing process and did everything in his power to help me 'hear' all the sounds I was lacking :-) Unfortunately, with my 'profound hearing loss' the Aides didn't help. I would recommend these Aides and Matt to everyone who wants to 'hear' better :-) :-) These Aides have helped many of my friends to hear better :-)
